This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds and cancellations are handled by Sun Wave Enviro for products and services including Xylem Water Pumps, Water Treatment Plants (RO, STP, ETP, DM Plants, Softeners, etc.), and Jaquar Heat Pumps.
By purchasing from Sun Wave Enviro, you agree to this policy.
1) Order Cancellation
1.1 Cancellation Before Confirmation
Orders may be cancelled before written confirmation or advance payment without penalty.
Any transaction or processing charges (if applicable) may be deducted.
1.2 Cancellation After Confirmation
- Orders cancelled after written confirmation may attract cancellation charges.
- If materials have been ordered, manufactured, or dispatched, cancellation may not be allowed
Custom built Water Treatment Plants and project based systems cannot be cancelled once production or fabrication has begun.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be granted in the following cases:
Duplicate payment
Excess payment
Approved cancellation before dispatch
Product unavailable due to supplier limitations
Refunds will not be provided in cases of:
Change of mind after order confirmation
Equipment already installed
Improper handling or third party installation damage
Electrical fluctuations or site related damage
Delay due to site unpreparedness
3. Return Policy
Due to the industrial and customized nature of our products:
Installed equipment is non returnable.
Standard, unused products may be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery, subject to inspection.
Returned products must be:
Unused
In original packaging
Undamaged
Accompanied by invoice
Return transportation costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.
4. Refund Process & Timeline
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 15 business days.
Refunds will be made through the original payment method unless mutually agreed otherwise.
Bank charges, payment gateway fees, or administrative costs may be deducted.
5. Installation & Service Charges
- Installation fees are non refundable once services are completed
- Site inspection or consultation charges are non refundable.
6. Warranty Claims (Separate from Refunds)
If a product develops defects:
- It will be handled under the manufacturer’s warranty terms and conditions.
- Repair or replacement will be provided where applicable.
- Refunds are not applicable under standard warranty claims unless approved by the manufacturer.
7. Force Majeure
Sun Wave Enviro shall not be held responsible for cancellation delays or refund issues arising due to:
- Natural disasters
- Supply chain disruptions
- Transportation delays
- Events beyond reasonable control
